Mach CMS

Consultancy management software: clients, engagements, time, billing, delivery, and the firm’s knowledge in one system.

Why it exists.

Consultancies sell judgement and then administer it by hand. Engagements live in a spreadsheet, time in another, billing in the accounts package, and knowledge in people’s heads. Margin is discovered after the work is done, if it is discovered at all.

Mach CMS is the operating system for a professional-services firm. It holds who the clients are, what was sold, who is on it, what time went in, what can be billed, and what the firm already knows — so delivery does not live in inboxes and utilisation is not a Friday reconstruction.

Running in production with clients today. Its dedicated website is in progress, so this page is the definitive source until it launches.

Who we are: ATTAINMACH33 LLP trading as Mach33.

Built for: Consulting, advisory, and professional-services firms that have outgrown spreadsheets and still bill from them.

Capabilities

Every area works from one record.

Every area works from the same record, so nothing has to be reconciled between them.

Clients and engagements

Statements of work, staffing, milestones, and change control against the engagement they belong to.

Time and utilisation

Capture that takes seconds, on a phone, against work that already exists — so timesheets are a record, not a recollection.

Billing and WIP

Retainers, milestones, and time-and-material billed on their own terms, with unbilled work visible while it is still recoverable.

Delivery and knowledge

What was agreed, what was delivered, and a company brain scoped to the firm’s files so the next engagement does not start from zero.

Margin per engagement

Cost against fee at the only level the decision can be made: this client, this work, this team.

Confidentiality by construction

A consultant sees the client files they are staffed on, and a log of who opened what.

What changes once it is running.

Hours become billable fact

Capture at the point of work produces a timesheet you can invoice from.

Idle capacity shows while it is bookable

Utilisation runs forward, so a gap is a staffing decision, not a month-end finding.

The firm’s memory compounds

As engagements close, the company brain gets better. Scale the practice, and the system gets smarter with it.
