Decide

Technology decisions are expensive to reverse.

An operating review that ends with a costed, sequenced plan you can act on with or without us.

You already know if this is you.

Buying the wrong platform costs you the licence, the implementation, the migration in, and then the migration back out. So we start by understanding the operation well enough to say what should actually change, in what order, and what it is worth. Sometimes the answer is to build. Often it is to buy, integrate, or switch something off.

  • You are being sold a platform and cannot tell whether it fits.
  • There are more tools in the business than anyone can account for.
  • A previous implementation failed and nobody wants to be responsible for the next one.
  • Build-versus-buy has been debated for months without resolution.
  • You know the operation needs to change but not where to start.
What we build

Every deliverable is software you can run.

Every engagement produces working software rather than a recommendation document.

Operating model review

How work actually moves through the business, documented as it is rather than as the org chart describes it.

Systems and cost audit

What you run, what it costs, what overlaps, and what is quietly unused.

Build, buy, connect, or retire

A clear recommendation for each capability, with the reasoning and the trade-offs stated.

A sequenced roadmap

What to do first, what it costs, what it returns, and what depends on what.

What it returns.

Decisions you can defend

Every recommendation traces back to a specific operational cost, so the case is clear to whoever signs it off.

Spend that stops leaking

Overlapping and unused systems get identified and retired.

A plan the team believes in

Built with the people who run the process, so implementation is not fought at every step.

We have already built this.

This is not a capability we describe. These are systems where the work is already done and running.

Questions we actually get asked.

Will you recommend building something regardless?

No, and the review is worth less if you suspect we will. Plenty of engagements conclude that the right move is a standard product properly implemented, or connecting what already exists. We would rather be the firm you return to than the one that sold you an unnecessary build.

How long does a review take?

Typically two to four weeks depending on the size of the operation and how many systems are in scope. You get a documented operating model, a systems audit, and a costed roadmap you can act on with or without us.

Do we have to implement with you?

No. The roadmap is written to be executable by any competent team, including your own. We are happy to be measured on whether the plan was worth having.
